Service scope
Ironclad provides research, workflow, matching, outreach, and transaction collaboration software. It is not a brokerage, law firm, title company, lender, investment adviser, or guarantor of any transaction or outcome.
User responsibility
You are responsible for verifying data, obtaining professional advice, maintaining authority to use submitted information, and complying with licensing, advertising, privacy, outreach, and transaction laws. Confidence scores and matches are decision support, not approvals or promises.
Subscriptions
Paid access renews according to the selected billing interval until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated. Usage limits and available features are shown with each plan.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse personal information, send unauthorized or deceptive communications, evade compliance controls, interfere with service security, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Availability and liability
The service and third-party data are provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ironclad is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, missed transactions, or decisions made from incomplete or delayed data.
